Welcome!

I have used technology in many ways throughout my career as an educator, but it wasn't until I embarked upon my journey into the Masters of Educational Technology program at Michigan State University that I truly began to change my thinking about the real "how" and "why" of it's use and working towards better integrating technology into my lessons to meet that "sweet spot" where technology, pedagogy and content (TPACK) all meet!
I want my students thinking like scientists; probing, questioning and seeing the world anew with a sense of wonder and discovery. The likelihood of us stumbling upon new facts is slim, but the way we look at the facts we have and put together the pieces may lead to a new and deeper understanding that can change our perspective and attitudes about our world and science.
You will find many things on this website and links to other areas where you will find mine and my students work on the web. I hope you will enjoy what you find and that you will contact me to share your thoughts, as well.
